Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless the customer specifies an alternative shipping method.

Shipping Policy for Lost or Damaged Items

At Heaven For Fans, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your items are lost or damaged during shipping, we are here to assist you.

  1. Damaged Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to assist in resolving the issue promptly.
    • We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
  2. Lost Shipments

    • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify us immediately.
    • We will investigate the matter with USPS and work towards a resolution.
    • Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information to ensure accurate delivery.
